Guest Gaz Shaw
Hey ppl! i got a n/a manual standard! Well ive tried loads of induction kits i know i got standard one and gonna get a panel filter in sommer but i tried pipercross, K&N, blitz, HKS and all good in there own way but can be costy! but i tried a Ripspeed one its the shiny crome looking one i know mad BUT! to me it sounds top stuff not too deep and at about 4500rpm + it sounds like a sports car! and only, check this £30 MAD! So that will do me till i get exhaust done then see about panel one maybe! this Halfords filter may not be a big name and maybe 1 or 2 bhp less than top ones but hey if ya want a quick easy cheap get one really its not boy racer sound! And if ya not gonna get an exhaust cos of ppl thinkin your a boy racer this is the one for you try it!!! £30!!! Autos i dont know should sound similar in sports! Just thought id help ppl on a budget Thanks gaz:cool:

hoff
Research has shown that stock is best. Induction kits can give the NA a flat spot in the mid range unless you duct upto it and provide a really good heat shield. Stock or TRD panel filters are the best way forward;)
