Havard
She lives 10 houses up the road, so know where to find her But does she though? I would have pulled onto someone elses drive for a few minutes just to fool you and then leg it...... Sorry, you did mention that originally.... Maybe it's because I don't trust any fooker these days.... H.
Guest Geneb
glad ur ok bud but on the upside thats one less bmw on the road:)
Havard
The only thing she could say is that you went through a red light and it was her right of way.... Just be wary that she doesnt try to pull that one on you Darryl... I would iomagine her insurance company will throw up all kinds of crap. I would keep those photo's up your sleeve until you need to argue Darryl. They will probably say that you were speeding or possibly went through the light on red. My argument would have been that if there was someone on the crossing then I would have another witness wouldn't I...?? Unless you killed a pedestrian before careering into a daft bitch..... She doesn't have any lights on her junction anyway so the vehicles on the main road will have right of way. The double white line that she has crossed shows this!! H. tDR
Ouch Darryl - at least you're OK m8! Deffo her fault. Cheers, Brian.
Burna
Well that's a bummer How are you feeling this morning Darryl? Aching a bit I'm sure. Get that knee checked out at the doctors if I was you mate.
Pig
My advise would be dont call sky. in the case of a total loss you will not get a hire car. You need to use an accident management company and hope that they can sort the liability issue for you. If they cant then you claim the value of your car through your own insurance but they will keep you in a hire car until you get a check from your insurance..... you do have to accept a reasonable offer though. Cass
Sore one mate.Just be thankfull it wasn't the Soop. If you were driving on a road and she turned onto it from a side road then it was in no way your fault as you would of had right of way, unless it was a give way. Cheep repair for the BMW and a wee present for the Soop me thinks

turbonut
crap thats bad mate at least your ok, it sounds like her fault as most woman cant drive ?? oh really??? I've seen a lot of men who can't drive for toffee so it goes both ways. Darryl, bad news hun sorry to hear it. Glad your unscathed. You have right of way if your on a main road and she was coming out of a minor junction from the left. Hope Sky get it sorted without any hold ups. Good luck with your new Supra project too!! Charlotte
Oh man, that sucks. Mike had something similar a few years ago and the fault was definitely with the other party. What a silly woman.
Homer
9AM this morning her insurance were on the phone, they accepted liability without even asking any questions. I'm even getting a hire car (Golf) delivered to my door in the next hour I guess they were worried about being sued for an injury claim? Thankfully I feel absolutely fine this morning - just a coule of bruises to show for it!

I hate people who make false claims but I would still go to the doctors if I had taken a knock in a car accident for peace of mind. It's the long term effects that's the problem. Glad they are sorting it and you dont have to claim through your insurance.
