Some more pics of the road. Whats the general consensus on fault? I think it's her fault, there was nothing I could have done to avoid her.

................i've got this vision of a broken man, driveshaft and Hub assembly still as one, strapped to the front of his beemer, 5000rpm, left foot poised to dump the clutch, awaiting his unfortunate victim..............

being serious its a bummer to lose a good runaround, they are worth far more to us than the £'s they are worth........good luck with getting it all sorted.

I can't see from those pic's how she can claim it's your fault, she pulled out in front of you !. Crap luck, hope you don't get any other ill effect's from the impact, and that you get a car sorted out for the hospital run's mate.

Sorry to see this homer. give me a call in the morning and i will organise a hire car being sent to you.

P.S no its not your fault and they should be able to do the claim directly though her insurance.

PP.S have you done an ASK MID search on her reg yet to check she is insured?

Thanks Jon  I didn't get the reg plate, but she was pretty clear that she was fully comp insurance (with Direct Line). I'll speak to Sky tomorrow and see what they say about a hire car. Will be in touch tomorrow mate
