What do you think the answer should be? A baby needs feeding for 20 minutes every four hours. If they start a feed at 19:00, what time will they finish the next feed. Big Ben plays the Westminster chimes every hour, starting just before the hour changes; they don't start an hour after the previous lot finished. The interval is regular, regardless of the duration.
