AndrewOW
...on Lexus GS300 18" x 8.5" rims? They are Falken 452s. I'm very interested in purchasing a couple of tyres from another member on here, but I just need to know if they would fit my wheels. I'm currently running Goodyear F1 245/18/40s with not a great deal of wear left in them. Here's a photo of the wheels that they'd go on. michael
I was tempted by these as well, good price - I run 255's on the front of mine though.
AndrewOW
I was tempted by these as well, good price - I run 255's on the front of mine though. There seems to be an acceptable tolerance of around 20mm on the wheels then? I would've thought from 235 to 255 would affect handling, etc, quite a lot? Or doesn't it really matter? Obviously I don't want to compromise on the safety aspect (in the wet) for a good price. Plus there's the asthetics of nicely fitting tyres. I don't want them to look 'stretched', if you see what I mean. Decisions, decisions!
bodilx6
I'm running 225/40 F-452 on my 18x8" front and 245/35 on same size rims back. no worries and very little difference, at least visually, in the sidewall mounting.
