hiten55 Posted March 13, 2008 Share Posted March 13, 2008 theres a tool on symantecs website that does a complete file removal. try that, worked for me. im at work so i cant find the link at the mo. if you cant find it drop me a pm and i'll check tonight for ya... oh and what make is the pc? packard bell ones are a pain to clean up.... CJ Posted March 13, 2008 Share Posted March 13, 2008 I used to have Norton but wasn't convinced I had removed it all. I have just tried this tool and as I wasn't sure what version I had, I ticked the ISP supplied box. I have run it but for the past hour it has been stuck at "Processing MSI's by product code".
