I'll take this IF it can be fitted to a car yet stay in the down position for instance? Do you reckon in can or no idea?

I am sure it can mate (do not quote me on it though), PM Ric as he was going to fit it to his car but I swapped my FMIC with him and it would not fit on, he would be able to tell you if it is complete enough for that.

Here's a pic of a full active spoiler system.

To fit it the minimum you need is:

The spoiler itself (white in this pic)

The metal brackets (the triangular thing in this pic) the other hanger is attached to the motor.

The metal bar which connects to the the two white hangers on the spoiler.

The undertay is also required as it's quite solid plastic which keeps the spoiler screws onto and keeps it ridgid when deployed.

Hope this helps

Cheers Jonny.

No worries mate, hope it wasn't my post which caused it to get withdrawn. Didn't seem to be too much info about the AS system on this forum when I was fitting mine.

I'm a big fan of the Active Spoiler, makes the stock frontend a bit better looking and you can wire it to manually deploy so you can raise it for speedbumps etc. It is hard to get hold of all the parts I had to shop around for a bit to get it all.
