Scott, I'm struggling to comprehend why you are having such a hard time with this, the ISF has more power, nearly as much torque, has lower drag coefficient and vastly superior gear ratios.

Ok so the limiter isn't as strict as a BMW's yet Audi are famed for having very linient limiters, EVO recorded 176mph out of a 155mph limited Audi RS4.

 

At this speeds the odd 100kg here or there is irrelevent, it just comes down to power versus drag, as the results from the 14 events Craig has run will show you- how do you think a two tonne Merc can post much higher speeds than a one tonne TVR, my car posted higher speeds than a 5.0 Chimaera despite weighing half a tonne more- oh no hang on you'll agree with that as it's a pro-Supra statement.

 

I understand why its faster than yours but i don't understand why it can do more than 168. Its not limited, its top speed is 168 because it doesn't have enough horsepower to go faster.

 

I'm not Pro-Supra chatting, i'm just curious. Is the Supra 1600kg? I thought it was only 1500.

 

Surprised at the Drag too but i read that also.
