Its obvious he has a mental illness,

i would hazard a guess at some kind of bipolar condition and im willing to bet that when he is on his own,say at home he sobs uncontrollably - i know the signs,i have a hyperactivity disorder but i dont do the kind of stuff he`s doing in that clip - however be rest assured that when he is alone he gets very depressed.

As i said,to me its totaly obvious and he needs diagnosing for his own safety.

Marc mate, where the hell do you work, and who the hell employed that tool?

Seriously they got his name wrong it should be an S instead of the D.

One of these days he'll be out and acting the fool, do that infront of someone who's got a brother or sister with autism and they'll just knock him out then and there.

Now that would be worth posting on Youf*kkintube.

Just show your boss the links you've posted here, you won't have to work with him much longer.

I have been meaning to lose a bit of weight of late and a person like this would give me so much motivation!

I could punch the cnut all day without getting tired....

People like this really piss me off, he has nothing to offer, not funny, amusing or clever!! If he has nothing to offer, then he should STFU!!:sly:

Im with you, thats certainly a condition that needs to be diagnosed, and normally wouldnt have any reference to come to that conclusion, but I dont know if anyone else saw it but someone on here posted a link for an online test to test you for things like AHD, OCD, Bipoar and Autism etc, etc, and some of the questions in this test had things like "do you make animal sounds in public situations", and as the the chap said he caught him the other day meowing like a cat, Im thinking the same now...

I can understand what your saying and a lot of people ask me if he has an illness when I tell them about him but I can assure you he chooses to be like this and can act 'normal' when he wants to altho he could have some hyperactive problem..

My workmate who went to school with him said his group of friends were all like this and acting the fool was what they found funny, that and acting like chavs.

Sectioned? Mental illness?

He's a 17 year old kid who has managed to get himself noticed at college for being a 'nutter' and is now trying out the role at work, hoping to get the same attention and praise. Nothing complicated.

Just needs a healthy dose of ignoring and/or sarcasm.

Great post, did you do "sense" at college....;):)

All this talk of mental illness really gets on my tits. He's an attention seeker with no talent, therefore acting weird and playing to an audience will get him noticed. It obviously works as this thread is here and we are discussing him....

You could try something like this:

“Listen mate, the thing is that we’ve all seen the Jim Carrey routine and it gets really old, really fast. I know that you got a lot of attention in college with the “I’m mad, me” stuff, but this is a different environment and it p*sses a lot of people off.

The thing is, you’re not even very good at it. You’re boring and repetitive. You don’t amuse people or make them think you’re eccentric and interesting – they just think of you as a boring tw@t. You’re not some sort of comedy genius, nor are you some sort of loveable genuine nutter. You come across as a lonely kid trying to gain some recognition.

Try to think of other people’s working day and how irritating it can be to have someone going through the same boring sh*t routine. Try to think of some other way of getting your needs met that isn’t so selfish”.

I reckon something like this might result in him first of all (a) making some monkey noises etc (b) claiming he’s “always been like this”. Then, with some luck, he could well go off and sulk for a while.
