Guigsy
why not just send the person a pm? This post is equivilant of walking into a hall full of people and shouting to your friend at the top of your voice if its raining...
RedM
Apart from the amusing thread title I don't think there's anything here that couldn't have been put in a PM.
RobSheffield
Besides there are several Rich's on here, and you will only be causing concern amongst the unaffected ones
Pot
I got dragged into here with the amusing thread title, I thought it might have been a food related incident... Now I'm disappointed, and hungry... How about changing the thread title so it's storm related (As no doubt there will be one)... PS - We're not blowey yet in Cheltenham... If you want to see Supra's then come to Eastbourne, as there's always about 5 of them pootling about at some stage or another Very windy in Eastbourne, but no flooding tide just yet. I think the next bout of wind will coincide with a spring high tide, so I may pop down there and watch it later. It was quite strange driving to work today, and not really feeling that it was that bad at all, but then driving in a Supra everything seems rosy doesn't it
SupraAyf
There isn't enough wind up here to blow a feather off the ground
keancy
Blowing an absolute gale here. Started about 11pm last night. Kept me awake most of the night. Car alarm didn't go off at least tho. ivan
Woke up to sunshine here although it did blow a bit during the night. Lin's lost her seedling trays. But it's tipping it down and blowing a gale right now.
redtwinturbo
Weather here is now terrible - just heard a massive bang so went outside to investigate and the wind has managed to rip the door off the shed/store completley, those hinges looked fairly chunky Not looking forward to my drive to Bristol later. AJI
I was laughing this morning when this was all over the news. 'stop press - london is getting a bit breezy' must be national news then. Blimey in the north we get 70-80-90 mph winds regularly through the winter.... nobody batters an eye lid..... but when london gets a 50-60mph wind it is then 'national emergency'. I was laughing at the stupid reporters who were purposly standing between buildings where the air naturally increases speed.... and they were dancing all over the street to make it look as if they were in a hurricane !! (Whilst normal passers by were easily walking along with no problems).
