Can you crack a rib just by sneezing?

I'm suffering with yet another heavy cold and, this morning, sneezed and felt a something like a pop at the bottom of my ribs.

It doesn't hurt to breathe but it does ache dully.

Am I likely to have cracked a rib or will it just be a pulled muscle or the similar?

I use this opportunity to have it removed and then you can give yourself a BJ.....;)

Red, im sorry to freak you,but keep an eye on the area,

as well as possibly a cracked rib,it could also be either (honestly)

An internal Hernia or possibly a burst blood vessel,.

keep an eye on the area mate .
