Clutch slipping?

Took the car for its first high speed run today since the FMIC was fitted, but think I have a new problem: When accelerating from around 100 in 5th the rpm started to rise pretty quickly, from around 4600 to 5500 in around 1-2 seconds (engine note increased at the same time so its not a tach fault!). I thought it was wheel spin at first but then remembered the road was dry!

There’s no other clutch problems at low speed, but this happened a couple of times under 100% throttle at 100lph+

Could this be the clutch slipping? Can anything be adjusted to stop this or is it time to look for a new clutch?

Just got my supra back from the garage, It's just had a new clutch and flywheel fitted, and thats exactly what happened to mine, when the 2nd turbo came in the revs just went up with no acceleration. I drove a few hundred miles like that before it totally gave up (to get home).

You may be better taking it to the garage before it totally fails as the flywheel maybe okay.

It cost me £300 inc vat for the flywheel.

And £400 for a clutch and the above to be fitted. (just stock items)

Cheers for the replies, Slow Dog is going to check the car over tomorrow to make sure it's not something else causing it.

Didn't need this to go wrong as well, the cars cost me over £2.5k in the last 4 weeks and am spending almost another £2.5k at dudes in mid-feb :(
