RedM
I reckon that it's probably a fair bit higher than the 472(?) bhp that they say it has. How else can something so heavy be so competitive against lighter, more powerful cars? Just reading though this months issue of Evo, Car and a few others and they all same the same thing. So, I reckon it's up on power and Nissan are trying to play it down for some reason. Thoughts?
Gazboy
It's been confirmed on chassis dynos in three countries that they have about 530bhp, all jdm customer cars.

I was going to guess at the 550 mark. Any idea why they seem to be playing it down?

Scott
So how does that go with insurance? If the spec says its 472, could the insurers claim that you have modified your car and void it? Do insurers sometimes put performance cars onto a rolling road to check? I'm not surprised they have lied about the figures but i'm intrigued to know why its higher. Possibly to make the stats on times more impressive? Scott =op
