Best way to fit a twin plate clutch??

Im going to be putting the gearbox back in on sunday with a twinplate os giken clutch, just wondering the best way of fitting it back in as getting it out with a standard clutch was a mission enough.

Was probably going to drop the front cross member a bit then tilt the engine to gain a bit more clearance, is this the best way?

also does any one have the torque settings for

flywheel bolts?

osgiken cluch assembly?

A fitting guide for the clutch would be handy aswell

thanks
