Tom
Ant brought his car down to me last night to start this morning so I thought i'd take a few pics and do another write up, I've spent 8 hours on it so far and 5 hours were just polishing the bonnet! First thing this morning and a few pics; I started off with a rinse and then a snowfoam then rinsed, washed, rinsed, clayed snowfoamed washed, rinsed dried, I brought the supra inside for drying as it was freezing this morning!lol this was during masking and a few pics of the paint under the halogens and off to work on the bonnet before after a few hours later and a 3rd of the bonnet done; under halogen under natural light, looking good so far I needed a sit down so I started with the wings before after finished I did other side and this is far as I got today I will update with more pics tomorrow as I will be completing the polishing, adding a glaze, waxing (dodo juice), dressing the engine bay and tyres, polishing the glass and probably more! colsoop
looks good but why 5 hours on the bonnet, are you experimenting with different compounds and mops ?

michael
Which Dodo are you putting on sir? I popped some Blue Velvet on mine the other week and it came up a treat, the problem is I want an excuse to buy others now because they smell so nice Nice work so far though, looking forward to the finished pics. You are more patient than me with the bonnet, I tend to just quarter it.
RedM
That's pretty incredible. I'd love to have had this treatment done to mine.
Tom
looks good but why 5 hours on the bonnet, are you experimenting with different compounds and mops ? the bonnet was full of fairly deep scratches and each square I masked needed 3-4 passes before I was happy with the results the wings only needed 2 passes. I have rainforest rub going on (ooo eer) yeah they smell great! lol, very nice and easy to work with , yeah I tend to polish better in smaller area's which is why I mask so small

AndrewOW
I'd dearly love someone to do that with my car. I haven't got the patience, or the equipment. Car's always kept as clean as possible though, but it could do with a good mopping etc

Gazboy
yeah I've done the silver, didnt look that different once done. Good. Was going to try claying and a super bol*cks wax next but I won't bother now (though it still doesn't feel smooth)

Tom
Good. Was going to try claying and a super bol*cks wax next but I won't bother now (though it still doesn't feel smooth) you should still clay, polish and wax to keep it nice as it makes washing far easier next time
