SimonB
I got a strange message saying I had logged in via an out of date link when I used it the other day, but it worked when I clicked on the "my account" tab again. JamesArup
Do you have any firewall or virus software that may be blocking the login? Or maybe you have some high security settings on your internet browser that is interferring in some way (on IE go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS click on the SECURITY tab and click on CUSTOM LEVEL and reset it to MEDIUM or LOW and see if that helps?) Have you tried accessing PayPal from a different PC? If it works on a different PC, then it is most likely that some software/internet setting is stopping the login process on your own PC? Hope that helps :upside: Cheers, J

merckx
It wasn't working yesterday morning, I tried a bit later and it was ok. Just send an email to the other Ebay user to explain. Or get a mate to pay for you.
MichaelG
I had this problem temporarily, it was because my Internet Explorer Encryption had a corrupt file and wasnt 128-bit Had a dodge IE setup, and its fooked, downloaded Firefox and it works fine with that. Also works fine on my 2nd laptop now so it was my IE Encryption settings for secure sites.

Terminator
Just tried all of the above and I still can't get in. They were having security issues with bogus emails to punters. I wonder if this is related?
