id rather buy the R34 nismo spec gtr compared to that crap box R35

Well i have watched a vid of all four GTR generations on track, the 32, 33, and 34 where all well modified and the 35 was std, and the end result was very close, with the 35 coming in third, a few more laps and i think the result may have found the 35 being second or first, it was certainly more composed in the corners, I'll see if i can find the vid.

Found it. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/New-gtr-r35-vs-tuned-nissan-skylines-gtrs_150540.htm

A friend of mine here is a journalist and they gave him an R35 to race against Andre Lotterer in an IS-F at Fuji Speedway last Monday. Can't give much away as it'll be in print soon, but he did say "If someone entered an R35 road car on slicks in to a Super Taikyu race they'd win outright."

Was that Dino?

That really is quite a statement.

I still think the new GT-R is one of this most important cars released in the last decade. Some may not like the looks (saying that though, Chris is not someone who I take styling tips from, no offence Chris :p ) but this is an incredibly capable car for what is not a lot of money compared to the competition.

Regards,

Gaz.

It was Justin Gardiner. Dino's driven 6 now and loves it but like me he's waiting to see what the Spec-V offers.

Exactly, it's a hell of a car for the price tag !
