Some nice curves...

Ryan.G wanted me to post the power curves from last night.

 

I've officially maxed out my j-spec tubbies now, so no more engine mods allowed until I go single! :(

 

Note that you won't be able to get these curves from a stock ECU so just a reminder that this is mapped TTC mode.

 

Really happy with the power figure and the real world performance of the car now, bring on RWYB!

Will add them to my other supra plots ready for the dyno compare application i have someone working on for my wersite.

 

I have to say i honestly think this is the most power you will get out of a TT system safely. I could of obviously gained abit more from leaning out the AFR abit but the EGT's then become an issue as i found. Running the slighty richer mixture though enabled me to squeze in another couple of degrees.

 

Going in this car last night reminded me of how quick a well setup TT car be. Espically with 440fltb of torque :)

Just out of interest what sort of power increase can you expect to gain by adding a FMIC over a SMIC when running stock TT on a uk spec i ask this question because i am considering the Hks type s for mine at the moment. Assuming all other variables are the same i.e components, external air temps fuelling etc.

If you are keeping the rest stock there is no point going to a FMIC unless your side mount is knackered, even then I would just get a new SMIC

Daryl's was using the stock ecu but running more boost.

 

Charlie commented last night that Daryls was the highest hp BPU supra he has seen on a stock ecu. Maybe Daryls had some sneaking hybrids :)
