SUPRASUZUKI
I'd rather be thought of as a rich tosser than a chav any day of the week. I bought a Supra because it impressed me. I couldn't give a flying **** what other people think of me for buying it.
jevansio
I guess your right Col its just that at the moment I feel that i'm throwing money at something that in the end even when complete is worth jack and is becoming an equal with a vauxhall calibra with the influx of new owners if you catch my drift. The Porsche is going to hold its value A Supra will never be equal with a Calibra. I don't think the Supra is that bad yet is it?, they are a very expensive car to run. Every car brand has people which we'll call "Chavs" that own them. I get much more respect from other road users/bystanders when I'm out in the Supra than the 911. In answer to your first question I personally don't believe a C4/C4S could get a look in on a T78 which is running correctly. If we're talking twisties the massive power of a RWD single could become more of a hinderance I feel - unless you are an expert driver. It depends what you want from a car, you're going to need a serious 911 to get the same "kick" that you would from a T78 Supra. Saying that the 911 is an awesome car, I personally think the fried egg lights look very aggressive. The 996 Turbo especially is a car that I think if you could push to, you would not look back (no matter how much you love Supras). I've spent well under £1k on mine this year (inc service & tyres). SupraAyf
The Porsche brand is the only one that I have never fancied owning - they just look all the same to me and there seems to be so many on the roads. Supra every time for me.
