From reading other posts I understand that they don't light up without modification. They can be wired to do so, but I think it's more a PITA than you first might realise (something to do with needing a long length of wire to do it). If you remove the panel on the inside of the boot door you'll see where you can plug a real one in But, the issue comes when you follow that wire back into the cabin - it essentially doesn't go anywhere. I think chiefgroover did a "how to" thread that I dug up when I got my real light. It involves taking a wire from somewhere behind the passenger seat over the ceiling to the drivers side, so I thought "sod that for a bunch of bananas" and put the light in my glovebox for now Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
