Supradoopa
I'm sorry but has the team changed, have you got really bad players from the lower leagues, have you changed your manager more times than your socks I think not. This all stems from money, some few people in a bar creating hassle won't change how Liverpool play or how their manager picks his team. At the end of the day you should all be Forest fans, then you'll know about tradition and how we've been sunk by money problems. We can't all have rich people to bail us out
RiceRocket
i dont get why the fans are pi55ed off with the yanks?? all they have done is give money to the manager, in fact pretty much as much as he has asked for?? Mike Have they really given money!? What Rafa spent in the summer could have been the extra TV deal revenue...

Also, the HANDFUL of fans who baited the ambulance also got a telling off from the other fans who were there! If we're gonna start judging fans by what a minority do, or maybe how the players act, then Man United etc wouldn't look great either. Are you forgetting about the handful of Man United fans who rioted through Liverpool city centre after that FA Cup game because you lost? No one dreamt of saying that all Man U fans are trouble makers after that behaviour but it seems as though we should have. How about Chelsea too - anyone remember the teasing by John Terry, Lampard etc of the Americans in the airport on 9/11?? Back to why the Americans aren't like - it's because they lied to Moores and the fans. They promised they would be buying the club with real money and wouldn't put a debt on top like the Glazers did. It was the reason their takeover went through. The other reason they're not liked is that they are too open with their dirty washing. It's never been the Liverpool way to openly condemn the manager like they did, or the way they approached Klinsmann etc.
colsoop
Always the same, a couple of idiots do something daft then the whole of the fan base is branded the same
CJ
Always the same, a couple of idiots do something daft then the whole of the fan base is branded the same Sadly true . I would think that there isn't a team in the country that doesn't have a hooligan element amongst their fan base.
Gazboy
Sadly true . I would think that there isn't a team in the country that doesn't have a hooligan element amongst their fan base. Yet there isn't another sport in this country where people have scraps because of a bloody game or because they wear a different coloured shirt. You can't see a Faldo supporter lamping a Woosey follower because Nick had a better putt. In the years Wasps have shared a ground with Wanderers we have never had any trouble of any kind with the Rugby away fans.

I agree the yanks should have come straight out and backed the manager then none of this would have happened!! also to stir it up, if behind closed doors rafa was not overly happy then would you not expect the powers that be at Liverpool FC to be looking at other top class managers "just in case" thats football but they stupidly admitted it to the public!! Didnt rafa spend approx £60m over the summer? thats a good amount of money that was given to the manager and to spout this debt stuff is stupid, its a business, every business has loans as its often cheaper to borrow money then to spend what you have in the bank so it makes sense to have some debt as long as its managed right Mike

Now there's a £300mil debt on us that we were promised wouldn't happen. Yes stopping an ambulance is low, and the "fans" who did that were given hell. Of course, Man United fans are angels of course aren't they mate?
