Guest coldflame
hehe got ur point i wont be using them again you have to pay for your goods then they give you a delivery date which in my case was as follows purchased a number of items on the 12 of november it says delivery with in 7 days ( load of crap) then get an email shipment date is now the 12th of december so i wait till then the 12th comes so i check on there online system and because i ordered a HKS badge that they hadnt got in yet all item will be shiped on the 18 of january as i didnt have the car then anyway i waited checked on the 18 shipment date had changed to march so i lost my temper and emailed them for a refund which the reply was "sorry for the delay be patiant as some parts are hard to find" i wasnt waiting any longer so i email them for a refund again after 5 days of not getting an answer i went threw paypal and got it back that way then got a reply say "good luck finding the parts anywhere else"

magictorch
I have used Nengun as well:( Very cheap but they messed me around with delivery times as well and i also got a sarky email back from them. They quote delivery times when you pay, Paypal payments take a week to clear?? And then they kept moving the delivery date back.... Took 8 weeks for part they said was in stock and i would have within 10 days:rolleyes:
johnd-mkiv
I have used them, Took a month from payment to come through but it was worth it due to the money I saved.
Jellybean
I use them all the time find them brilliant first time I bought trd short shifter it arrived in 7 days but hks t belt took 2-3 weeks so it depends on availability of goods but no issues great prices so I always get goods through nengun or neweraparts
p3te
Ive used these once, they have good prices but takes ages for delivery, i waited a month for a new hks ssqv supra kit, i got it for £140 brand new tho another site https://www.rhdjapan.com/home/index.php is just as cheap, i havnt used these personally yet but i know peaple that have and delivery is alot faster
vvteye
I've used both. RHDJapan have consistently delivered within the week... from Japan and that includes a 3 row greddy intercooler. I used nengun for my defi controller and as said before... 4 delay emails later I got it one month after I paid for it.. all to save £10 from RHD Japan. I won't be bothering any more. Also, If it's not on RHD website thay'll get it for you quickly... then of course there's Nic who will always do a good price
Guest Jon M
Hi guys new to posting in here altho have been browsing for a while, literally just signed up and will have paid for membership monday, speaking from experience these guys aint the quickest nor are they the most helpful after the 3rd (from what ive heard locally this is common) delayed shipment email. There is definately better people to buy from unfortunatly their aint alot of them in the midlands - well thats at least my 2pence on the state of the midlands. Oh yeh forgot to add in both cases i used these guys for larger parts which they said they had in stock for some reason they where insistant i wasnt able to drive over and pick it up, basically they didnt have the parts in stock altho they advertised they did.
