Whine and Vibration...

Ok had a search on here about this but it does not seem really close to what my symmptons are...

The Car is a Jspec but with UK brakes.

Basicly i am getting vibration in the car when i drive over 60mph, along with this is when i am braking i get a slight brake wobble and then when the car slows down to say 20mph i can feel a pulsing on the brakes.

It cant be warped brake discs as they are uk spec and Chris wilson apparantly has never heard of warped discs on UK spec discs.

Also on cirtain roads when i am going about 30mph i hear a very loud whine or Woooo sound (im am trying to get a sound clip which i will post up when i get a good sound) but this is also pulsing...its like a costant "wooo" sound but with louder shorter "WOOO's" in it.... bit like WoooWOooWOoooWOoooWOooo and it slows down with the speed of the car.

I am getting a runout gauge and yet to test this but i have put it down to the fact one or more of my wheel bearings are failing, however to counteract that i went to a garage and they said there is no play in the wheels??

I have Steel Spiggot rings on my aftermarket wheels and the nuts are done up to spec??

Does anyone else come to the conclusion that it may be the bearings :(
