Rob
Just hope they call it an insurance write off, keep hold of the car & use the cash to fix it up & then some!...& claim for whiplash. It's not their call to write it off. If it's 100% fault with the other driver, which this must be, then the OP can insist on having the Sup rectified to the standard it was in before the crash, assuming the chassis is not bent enough to make it a crusher. Don't claim for whiplash if you haven't got whiplash and a doctors cert to prove it. If any element of the claim is fraudulent, he could lose his car and get nothing, and we all end up paying for all these false claims in the end. 2JG
Sorry to see mate, gutted for you At least you are ok. Hope you get it all sorted out soon.
RiceRocket
Obviously not your fault. You've would've had to understeered into him and not likely in a Supra! Still could've been worse cos he could have hit you smack on the door. The Sierra looks a write-off so lesson learned - don't tangle with a Supra. (My Supra has defeated an Isuzu pickup in a rear end shunt)
Pixelfill
Bad news Hopefully your whiplash doesn't get any worse. As has said above the photos should go a long way to clearing you of any blame. Mike
