Jake
thats not bad though, about 340 fly?Yeah something like that I guess. It also made 350.5 RHHP at Thor, which is about 420 at the Flywheel the way some people work it out.
Gazboy
thats fly, what was ur rwhp 275 I think.
miko_supra
so is the stock jap tt bhp suposed to be the same as the uk bhp?
Jake
It's 'supposed' to be less BHP but more torque. People have found the BHP is about the same IRL though.

The drag terminals seem to back this up too. I pointed this out to TDi who insisted j-specs only make 276 @ fly, funnily enough he didn't answer after that. Jamesy
320 bhp is stock i believe. apparantly the Japs listed the jspec at 275bhp for some legal reasons, but they are all 320 bhp stock.... (so i've read!)

(so i've read!) yeah there was that gentlemans agreement in japan to not go over 280bhp. i didnt realize they just lied about it though:p

That was 10 more than my manual and the autos suffer greater drive train loss. Your figures just seem to high to me to be accurate... and trust me I'm not just saying that because you had larger numbers than mine. I think its an SRR difference with the measuring compared to G-Forces even though they use the same Dyno. Have you been on any other Dynos? RiceRocket
yeah there was that gentlemans agreement in japan to not go over 280bhp. i didnt realize they just lied about it though:p Same with R34 GTR, easily above 300bhp. As for stock power I believe its UK = 326 J-spec = ~
juanchan
I'm not too fussed about whether a UK or J-spec has more power. All I know is Henk consistently beat me at Pod last year . Both mechanically stock auto TTs.
