Whitesupraboy2
I also think the same when I'm out driving the Tiger, if I have a crash it seriously gonna hurt - but that's my risk. So you're saying its a stupid risk? My point being is you've said they have been stupid. They knew the risk it doesnt mean its their own stupid fault. Im sure if you said to them you step out in to the road you are going to get killed tonight, they wouldnt do it. Your stupid fault has no realism at all. A stupid thing to do is slit your throat and say I dont want to die. Thats your own stupid fault.
Pete
So you're saying its a stupid risk? Yes it is. Especially the way I drive. I have a nice big, safe japanese sports car and I choose to squeeze myself into a tin coffin I built myself. Maybe it's because I'm filling out my life insurance right now that I'm thinking about risks and mortality and seeing things rather black and white. Would those peoples life insurance payout I wonder?
n boost
Sat night in brum there was an accident which started of as a police chase near the street racing bit. There were a couple of lads in a honda who were quite young 17 i believe who lost control and hit a pavement. 2 of the lads were twin brothers, 1 died and the other is crippled and the rest seriously hurt. Now i do not know who to blame but feel for there families and it is a shame that the police/Gov't cannot be more involved in situations. There fast to give chase/fines but people will always race regardless and there needs to be some sort of agreement. It is sad when there is a loss of life and like i said earlier nothing has changed apart from taxes on cars/petrol etc. I have personally seen a bmw lose it and hit the standing crowd and trust me there was bodies 7-8 feet in the air. People were lying all over the place but when the police turned up i seen people with broken legs run!
Thorin
Thanks for the Supraforums link, I did have a look but couldn't find anything at the time. Seems to be some confusion as to whether it was an innocent motorist who couldn't see through the tire smoke (with no lights on??), or someone cocking about trying to show off.
