nic tein springs are about £170 so them shocks and if i get tein springs which you reconmend ill be spending £555 so wont something like these be better

Tein SS are a good budget adjustable coilover option. If it was my choice, I would personally go with Bilstein dampers and Tein/Eibach springs.

 

In answer to your previous question, yes the Bilsteins will fit the stock springs.

ok mate cheers for you advice appreciated ill let you know about those bilsteins just got to get the supe up on a ramp in the week to make sure that am right about the rear shocks have gone
