I have a similar problem at the moment although not quite as violent as yours sounds with the chucking me to the sides etc.

I read somewhere that it could be something to do with the Anti Roll bar, the links or something along those lines (sorry for being so vague, am new to Supra ownership, ask me a scooby question and I'll give you a sensible answere LOL)

I had the same problem on my supra, so i undone all the bolts on the shocks and anti rollbar links greased them up and put back together and all was ok, saved buying new shocks;)

thanks mate,

i jacked the supe up weekend and i have yellow bilstein all round apart from one thats the drivers side rear its a grey shock thats the one that has gone so i do need a pair of new rear bilstein shocks, but i will grease everything up like you said cheers
