Ok need some help with a webpage im trying to make.

Basically at the moment i have this Turbo spec comparison graph (http://www.zen85016.zen.co.uk/turbocomp/turbocomp1.JPG) for all different types of turbos at Surrey rolling road. Now i have alot more Specs to add which will make the graph alot more useful as it will have cars with more similar specs. Ie a T61 plot and a t61 plot with cams.

BUT the problem i have at the moment is that if i add all the data the graph is going to become even harder to read.

So what i am wanting to do is have a background of say just a empty dyno plot and then have the ability for users to tick which plots they want to view and it then just displays them insteed of having all the other plots.

Ie. A user just wants to view say a T67 at 1.4bar and a T67 at 1.4bar and cams to see how the curve changes.

Can anyone help with this or suggest any way of adding this to a site as i feel it would be a great feature for the club.

Thanks Ryan

The way i would do it is to have a 'div' with a background image of the graph. And then as you said have check box's next to each available option. The user then checks the options they want and clicks submit -the graph is then populated with the selected plots. I would use php to do this myself (as thats the language i know) but could also be done with asp, javascipt etc. Javascript would be more instant as the page wouldnt have to refresh but then you have the problems with people who have javascript disabled etc.
