JohnnyW
Mate I'd avoid putting your email and phone number on a public forum. It's an honest bunch on here but you do get Spambots which scan websites for numbers and email addresses and before you know it you're getting 3000 viagra emails a day and dodgy calls. Is it not bolted onto the chassis? I have never heard one one being welded?
Mike B
probably, it might be welded onto the sub frame then? but I can't remember seeing any bolts. A quick look at the damage on your car would help you
Chris Wilson
I saw your text message, but being a Neanderthal I don't know how to respond to them, and wouldn't if I did . I suspect you are after a rear hub assembly, I suggested the accident you described may have done more than bend that arm. I don't have one, but Jez on here may do, as he breaks quite a few MKIV's. I'd get it as a complete assembly, it'll cost less than having a new bearings and seals in a stripped one, which is a time consuming and tricky job.
