Homer
The doors I picked up today have those ghastly shopping lists down the side. I'm not sure whether these are vinyl or whatever, but they're stuck on pretty good! Any tricks on removing them without damaging the paint? Also, thanks to Knightrider for the time today sorting these out and the spare bits

Homer
I have a heatgun, but managed to set fire to a skirting board with it, not sure I'd trust myself on a door I do actually own a hairdryer, should the decal just peel off, or does it need to be scraped? jevansio
The heat from a hairdryer should be enough, they get pretty hot, heat the sticker area, keep trying with your fingers around the sticker edges, once you get a bit that starts to lift keep peeling it back slowly whilst heating it, the heat should help any adhesive to relax & it should coe off easier, just be patient. PS I wouldn't try scraping with anything sharpe, it's very risky & you may damage the paint, I've always found a bit heat & a good fingernail enough
