Thorin
Chances are it'll land in an ocean or equally uninhabited area, I guess they can't really predict where for a while though.

colsoop
This segment is interesting: US officials do not want the equipment to be recovered by people who should not have control of it. "The Chinese and the Russians spend an enormous amount of time trying to steal American technology," said John Pike, a defence and intelligence expert. "To have our most sophisticated radar intelligence satellite - have big pieces of it fall into their hands - would not be our preferred outcome." Why not blow it up in space ? The chinese have a missile that can help them with that

ivan
It'd serve them right if the Chinese or Russians do get hold of it - teach 'em to be more careful in the first place.

Ewen
Theres a 1 in 2,000,000 chance it will hit an area populated with intelligent life. So, if any of you are worried, ferries run to the Isle of Wight every half hour.
