RiceRocket
11.67 quarter in stock form!? I think its the carbon propshaft that accounts for most of it performance

hoff
Still prefer the R34 GTR but you cant argue with the stock performance of the new GTR. Looks pretty good too. Still, its not speeding the new supra up much is it.

Nic
I had a look around a new silver GTR today, they are massive, really tall off the ground, the slab sides make it look very brick like. I like some of the styling of the exterior, the windows and roof line look really good, still not sure about it as a whole though. The proportions of the thing are definitely imposing, with the slab sided doors, high roof/bonnet lines and massive chunky 19" wheels, with huge Brembo brakes behind them The interior is really good quality, although the one I was sat in was very dark with full black leather, black headlining, carpet, trim etc. Everything is laid out really well for the driver, nice chunky steering wheel and flappy paddles, not a lot of room though inside considering it's bulk on the outside. The push button start is cool, but I was a bit disappointed with the sound, it is very quiet when revving the thing. The engine bay is very small with very little wasted space around the engine and lots of plastic trim which I hate on modern engines. I couldn't see the turbos as they are buried deep underneath and to the side of the engine. The space around the engine is really going to limit any major modifications such as bigger turbos I think. All the ones that are coming into HK are private imports, so warranty is void, so there's going to be some seriously modified ones as soon as performance parts become available. I'm going with a friend to pick up a another new one from the container port tomorrow, so I'll get to experience how well it goes.
