(Jezz, I'll be in touch :D )

:D Nice one Daryl, should be a nice little project. My chassis is pretty much in the same shape at the mo. I'm just putting together my brand new front and rear sub-frames and suspension, then its off to be dipped in some zinc type stuff or something to make it a factory fresh chassis. :)

Didn't have time to give the car a proper inspection yet, but took some snaps for you all and also found some nice goodies on the car :D

First off, the engine bay. It's still got most of the standard loom in place including the engine wiring loom. Steering column and rack is there as well as the AC system, an aftermarket PAS cooler and Brake system inc ABS is in place. The battery is relocated to the boot and it appears all the wiring is in place to retain this. There's a UK resistor pack for some reason and also some sort of aftermarket FPR and fueling system in place (more pics below)

Twin filter setup (anyone know if they're stock filters?):

The twin batteries in the boot, no fuel hanger though, but notice the fuel large supply hose (goes all the way up to the twin filters):

Most of the interior plastic is still in place (only missing the slam panel on the boot):

Dashboard and wiring is a mess, need a major going over to see it the loom is still usable. Wheel is in great condition:

A nice little surprise was the Tein adjustable coilovers (sorry for the bad pic):

External charge points and power cut off on the rear. Notice the 'Dude' style quote on the number plate :D TBC if the number plate is still with the car...

Found some harnesses in the rear:

Will try and have a closer look at it tomorrow to see what else is there, either way it needs a LOT of work!

I was there when Les took it today mate, was gonna kick it for you :D

Ahah, do you know which 'Paul' it was that swapped the rear suspension arm that day? I need to find out which bit was changed!

Terrible lines and colour mismatch :p

lol :D There's a bit of a gap between the front wing and the rear arch, bit of filler might sort it :innocent:

Are you keeping it 199 Silver? because if not, now is the time to change the colour and get it done inside and out.

Yep, it's not getting a respray, but might get cleaned at some point :D

John ran a seperate FPR for NOS and had an intercooler spray bar, there may be lines and solenoids for that still in place.

Thanks Wez, that explains the tubing and pipe to the boot - it's an IC spray bar.

Might as make this the 'project' thread... some updates:

Have now sourced an entire replacement wiring loom (well, except the drivers door loom):

And an new set of wheels (current ones belong to Terry S so need to go back):

Massive thanks to Gav for donating the parts, you're a legend!

Total costs for build so far stand at £1.98, but I'm expecting this to grow...
