Scoboblio
For sale are my beloved technics which simply don't get used any more! They are in superb condition, and come with a pair of Ortofon cartridges worth £65 each. Those who know DJ equipment will know that these things are brilliant, and have been the industry's standard equipment for decades. No gimics or flashy bits, just dependable, solidly built engineering. Mine are the 1200's (Mat silver finish) and come with the cartidges, slipmats, dust covers and cables. I can take pictures of the decks themselves if anyone is interested, if you want technical specs etc they're here; http://www.decks.co.uk/products/decks/technics/sl1200mk5 And for the cartridges; http://www.decks.co.uk/products/carts_styli/ortofon/concordencs I'm asking for £495 + P&P (although I'd recommend coming to collect them as these things are solidly built and heavy). Scoboblio
Thanks for the comments. I must admit I'm half considering putting my CDJ1000's up for sale too, since they're effectively two big lumps of money sitting in the corner doing nothing. For those who may be considering buying the technics, they hold their value very very well should you decide that DJ'ing isn't your thing

Godmutha
Thats a great price for MK5s.... I hated sellin my dexx, and regretted it terribly afterwards.... but when you get to the point where you're hardly using them.... it seems a good idea. Still cant bring myself to sell my vinyl though

I will sell some of the old stuff i hardly played but can never part with my rare collection that we hunt for forever and pay the earth for. Dare think how much i spent on the black discs in total but quite a few cost me over £300 each and still going up in value.
