colsoop
You are right about off peak Col as our season goes from May until the middle of October. The cost of living during this time is very cheap as you will not be paying tourist rates. There are also a plethora of places available to rent and so that is cheap too. I have already said that I can live on around 700 pcm during the off season. That is a rent of 250 and 450 for food and a few beers and paying bills such as internet and telephone etc.. If A couple came out here, they would obviously have to budget more and for the occasional meal out etc. There is still plenty to do out here. The shops, cinema, cafes, bars and restaurants of Kos Town are open all winter and there are still trips available to Rhodes and the other islands via the ferries. Athens is only a 45 minute flight away too. If you need any more info, PM me your questions and I will attempt to answer. Thank you sir. I was thinking about finding a quiet but warm place to spend the colder months that britain normally has. Maybe investing in a place to rent out during the summer months when i would be in the uk. I will think of some questions to ask

Greenflag recon it's only 42 hours away:

Cheap rooms, cheap beer, cheap entertainment.
