CJ
sorry... sometimes Alcohol makes me do and say strange things. Thanks CJ. You're such a nice guy. I'm really bummed I won't see you at the Dragonball this year. I wish I could get there Mike but: A. I only have my Celica B. It would cost me an arm and a leg to get there and back. Ah well, lets see if the lottery fairy smiles on me eh?

colsoop
Well done to you its a great feeling isn't it (any excess skin ? ). Don't become too addicted to excercise though. It makes you do daft things (like join the Army ) and becomes expensive going through a pair of running shoes every few months, well it used too anyway

SupraGirlie
That is a very impressive weight loss! Keeping at your desired weight is the tough part though I don't have a problem with my weight I just want to tone up more, I have a treadmill in my bedroom and I do roughly 400 sit-ups every day and I will be taking up yoga and pole dancing lessons soon! So I should be very toned for the summer
