tooquicktostop
The V Pro is a great ECU and all stand alones are expensive to map, yours may only need tweaking as it is running already, why dont you get it down to a HKS tuner and let them have a look ? tooquicktostop
yeah, i think they charge upto £80 an hour or something! Its more than that for the labour rate, the dyno rate is even higher if I remember right, they mapped my R32 with V Pro

Pig
TDI do map Pro V as do Weston Motorsport in Solihull, have a big budget for TDI, PIG has used them as well as myself Big budget - i would suggest massive! Im please with the way my car drives, but find its a bit too rich (could be sorted with more time) your looking at about £450 a day i think. That might be just dyno time though. Gord R
Mark at Owen Development (Oxford) did the mapping on my V PRO. Faultless service. Although when I previously spoke to Mark he was trying to push Motec. May still be worth a call hes a very helpful chap.
Gord R
Also there is Rob at Perfect Touch. Iv heard nothing but good reports about him. Meant to be very good with V Pros. I would seriously consider sticking with a V PRO , i was very impressed with it and will more than likely be switching off my Power FC on my new car shortly. Nic
V Pro; Abbey Motorsport Owen Developments TDi Only HKS Pro dealers are able to map the F-con V Pro. It is a very good ECU, I use one in mine and it drives like stock.
MaveriK
I think Owen Developments have ditched HKS stuff.
Matt Harwood
Engine Advantages in Witham, Essex, they are HKS dealers and can map the ECU. They done a friends Evo 6 which had over 550hp and the feedback regarding the mapping was spot on. Speak to Paul (The owner) and the prices are way cheaper than the companies mentioned.
