Didn't mean it was bad thing exactly but some of the older members can be short tempered if a newbie asks a question that been asked before.

You think the internet should be more human-orientated? Doesn't that kind of negate the need for this site or indeed the interweb in the first place? After all, it's just a resource for information posted by others.
