Always struck me as an honest and decent man. Remember that quiz show where he actually put up his own money as a prize if he got beaten by the contestant. not many would put their own money up. All of a sudden it became trendy to slag him off but Saturday evenings just Ant n Dec and Simon Cowell now. Bring back Cilla and Blind Date before she pegs it.
