scooby_doo_do
Just wondering if anyone knows/driven anything to do about Marcos's? In particually Marcos LM 500 Spyder? What are they like for reliabilty? costs? daily driver? etc... I've had a quick look on the web but not found anything. I'm thinking about this one : http://www.totalheadturners.com/main.php?mod=indcar&id=
lewysdanny
Hi, just to let you know . I went down to Devizes in Wiltshire to look at a TVR 500 last year. The place was on a farm , just outside the town. Anyhow back to the chase. The guy i had to see unlocked the barn doors to reveal about six Marcos of all engine sizes and models. He told me he also races them, and showed a race preped model. This guy said he has some sort of link with Marcos, and as we drove back to the motorway we passed the Marcos factory. I did consider buying one myself but if you,ve ever been in one you,ll soon see how really low they are ,and unless your at least 6ft + you,ll never see the end of the bonnet, as there so long.Hope this might help . lewysdanny aka Tim

My ex's brother had one (1970s car i think) and that certainly had the wooden floorpan.....scary thought so close to the road
