Matt H
Me too.........no spoilers please;) As I started this thread and will take ownership... I have to point out that comments about non UK released episodes have to be BANNED. We are strictly commenting on the UK release, Sunday Night Sky One showings. Fantastic i will read on and add my thoughts nice one silky, good call, was scared that the torrent massive might through a hideous spoiler in somewhere, which is why i havent dared reading anything as yet. Jamesy
it was Aaron , Claires baby from the Island - gripping stuff - did she steal Claires baby - or did Clair ask her to take it incase it came to harm on the Island - maybe thats what helped Kate get spared jail

I'm guessing Claire didn't make it, hence the need for Kate to pretend Aaron was hers. Claire probably meets an end because of something Jack does, which is why he doesn't want to see Aaron. Jake
How would somebody who wasn't pregnant at the time of the crash pass off a 4 month old baby as their own when they left the island? Because, as you notice, the time on the island is diffrent than in the rest of the world. (you can see this by: the rocket, the helicopter)They can hardly say that to the rest of the world though. The outside world doesn't know about what goes/went on on the island. Hence them (Jack/Kate in court) claiming that only 8 people survived the crash. Matt H
So last nights episode! awesome! almost brought a tear to my eye with the whole Penny / Des thing!! got to love the romantic ones! 8 years later, she is there waiting!!! Loved it, LOST is soooooooooooooo good, the writes are genius! most things i watch (like heroes) is just so predictable, but Bad Robot just keep coming with amazing story lines, that are as gripping each week as a movie blockbuster that has years to produce the goods! utter ore at the writes and there pure talent / imagination and ability to put there amazing ideas into a gripping continual story!! Ric
i enjoyed the episode last week, but i got the impression that the episode was very, mission per EP Whereas usually lost ep's span a situation over a few EP's whereas this was des's problem and solved within one EP which was a bit unlostlike However the episodes are getting seriously weird and fu**ed up, which i love, so i can imagine the 8th EP (which is the last untill they film more) will end of a giant of a cliffhanger

Because the new guy on the island had written in his diary "If anything goes wrond, Desmond Hume will be MY constant" so is Desmond's story just the beginning of a bigger situation? Because the new guy on the island had written in his diary "If anything goes wrond, Desmond Hume will be MY constant" so is Desmond's story just the beginning of a bigger situation? Indeed, i think it is going to be the start of a new branch to the story, which will feed back into normal LOST story telling where loads of things happen together to produce the overall story. I think this episode, was the "introduction" to something that will be continued on by dribbs and drabs like the usual way things go
tbourner
I think that was just in his diary to show that Desmond changed the present by Daniel telling him to go back and meet him when he was younger. I'm not sure if Daniel just forgot about writing it in his book (he made a sarcastic comment about forgetting, so I'm guessing he didn't forget), or his book actually changed in the present (future) to represent the new past where he met Des. Either way, I don't think the rest will be specific to that fact, it was just used as an OMG moment to make us all think about WTF is going on! Jake
Seems that the guy over at http://www.timelooptheory.com was mostly right then! Amazing how he had it sussed out so long ago.
tbourner
He's changed it to account for my point in post 117 though! Although, fair enough, he has always said he might not have all the details right but the overall point of time travel or time looping or something similar is what he's putting across. Matt H
Seems that the guy over at http://www.timelooptheory.com was mostly right then! Amazing how he had it sussed out so long ago. Hes obviously a renegade Bad Robot employee, i mean, hes referencing events that havent even happened on LOST yet?!!! P.s Thanks for wrecking the show by posting up that link nice one Jake (DID YOU NOT READ THE BIT ABOUT THIS THREAD NOT CONTAINING SPOILERS?!) ivan
It's all conjecture Matt. I can spot a couple of flaws in his theorys, so I doubt he's an insider. For example, he doesn't even know the identities of the "6" FFS.

I was referring to a link I found in this very thread, posted by someone else. I didn't see you getting in one of your little tizzies with them though. Besides which, there nothing there that you could accidentally read if you didn't want to know.
