Thanks Jamie:) In that case you don't *need* super fast These days I just recommend dell to people who want a cheap PC, you can't really go wrong there. It used to be more cost effective to build your own, but hey. There's always the Mac option if you're feeling flush though

cheekymonkey
Basically any of these will do that job Not sure if they can be bought without screens though, but they so cheap you might as well upgrade or do you have a good LCD already? http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/features.aspx/desktops_better?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs

Sherriff
I know you said no to 'Dell', but they did recently buy Alienware who put together some nice systems, they're not cheap, but they will be fast : http://www.alienware.co.uk The Area 51 systems seem to be pretty well specced up Alternatively you could take a look at Wired2Fire who do custom built stuff : http://www.wired2fire.co.uk Even if you don't use them then you'll have an idea of what sort of spec you can get for your moola Cheers, Sherriff
