Well if you want to put others in danger by moving around on the road and if you only clip them and cause unnecessary suffering to an animal.

Then I would say that you're a totally irresponsible retard.

Yeah, He always makes sure he's swerving into on coming traffc  Do you think before you post or does it just come right out?

I'm imagining Alistair Stewart on Police Camera Pheasant going "Look at these bloody fools, swerving all over Britain's highways in search of fun and lunch: it's a disgrace!!!!"

I wouldn't be surprised, they usually have all manner of over-exaggerations on that program...

Can i read? Well i managed with your BS.You said "Moving around the road" How's this dangerous? It is if you swerve into oncoming traffic, But that would be the actions of an "Irresponsible retard" Do you just drive on straight roads dear. (Patronising on purpose) It's a slight "nudge" to the left if you want to clip them, There is a knack, Its quite a skilled thing. Theres no point in just squashing them as they cant be eaten after.I normally am very passive but i'm not going to back down on this one as it was a ridiculous comment, At the end of the day its a bird thats going to be eaten ffs. I bet the Chicken you eat has had a worse death, but saying that you are proberbly a veggie, Guessing by the MASSIVE over reaction from you.

I seem to remember something about the law on this stating that essentially if you kill a pheasant (or partridge etc.) with your vehicle then stop to collect it, it is classified as 'poaching' as it is unlawful killing of game. However, the bloke in the car behind is quite able to stop and collect the quarry - not having killed it himself.

The Game Act outlines this as "The use of any mechanically propelled vehicle in immediate pursuit of wildlife for the purpose of killing or taking"

Spot on Steveo... same law applies to Deer. Technically they are owned by the queen as well.

A mate of mine drives National express coaches, He hit a deer, Made an unbelivable mess of his coach.(True) Could they put an insurance claim in to the queen?

You could try it... I doubt she'd humour it though... :p

I've hit two deer, they do make an awful mess... One managed to get a hoof inside my car.. mud marks on the steering wheel and door card... It dented my front wing as well... I felt like chasing after it into the woods and giving it a good hiding!
