SexySallySupra
I want to run some 235/35/18 fronts and 265/35/18 on the rear, what would be a good size alloy for this setup? 9.5/18???
Scooter
firstly i think you want 235/40/18's for the front. as for wheels widths you want at least 8" front 9" rear's. 9.5's will be fine for the rear, but you don't want the same width all round. merckx
but you don't want the same width all round. Any particular reason? I've got 255/35/18 all round, the car came like this. Would like to get some wider ones on the back but I don't think the wheels are wide enough.

AJI
the reason for not having same width allround is that the Supra was designed to handle with larger width rear tyres relative to the front. Larger width helps with lateral grip forces when cornering. The grip balance of your Supra will not be as what it was designed to be if you've got same width allrond. Standard setup for a TT is 255 rear and 235 front. Lots of guys widen their tyres for extra corner grip, and usually go for 245 or 255 front width, and 275 or 285 rear width. But you'll obviously have to have the correct rim width to support these tyres.
