Im pretty sure i know what the answer is going to be her, BUT. Do you have to remove the brakes themselves to do this or is it easy enough just leaving them on as they are ? Obviously for a propper job it should all nbe dismantled, but is it easy enough without doing that ?

When i got my car over 16months ago the calipers still had the original silver paint on them, latley this has come off and theyve started to rust. Is much prep required ? can it be done by hand ?

kit £23 squid, left them on, painted over what the eye can see, left all the clips, needle at the back and nuts unpainted..laid it on a bit thick where you can see a overlap, but when you fit the stickers it doesent bother you...

hardly a kit, just a pot of 'calliper paint' :p

aww i was expecting cleaning stuff aswell:rolleyes: and for £23 i will stick to appliance paint;) never had a problem on the mini with that, i have overheated the brakes on a few occasions to the point where i had to stop and wait for them to cool:D no flaking and its still on there now (3 years on)
