CJ
You can still back out, you lose your deposit though. That would be better. At least it would stop the numpties.
Charlotte
That would be better. At least it would stop the numpties. You would have to show commitment to it definitely. Lots of people have no deposit/a minimal one these days though unfortunately.
Suprash
Thats a bummer Col. I thought about getting involved in property but it just doesn't seem worth the hassle..... Dont think I have heard something so backward in a while...... Dont take offence that wasnt a dig at you, just property is win, win, win, no matter even if house prices slow right down in their growth, they will still always make money and if someone is paying the mortgage because you have rented it, then jeez I would take the hassle....... Thats my thoughts too. I had 2 properties. The one in Wales and one in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. I rent the Oxfordshire one out but wanted shot of the Welsh one as I need the funds for another project. Pete
Pain in the arse property buyers. You should've come over here for a drink and shoulder to cry on!
ozz
That still seems really cheap unless its somewhere like Blaina or Merthyr? Whereabouts in Wales is it if you don't mind me asking? Was toying with the idea of buying a cheap rental with my bro but won't have the cash for a few months at least. I'd list it again at a higher price whilst giving the person time to complete - you get the best of both worlds then.
