Pixelfill
I've just bought some ATF from Toyota for my autobox. I went into the parts dept and ordered part number 08886-81015 This is what I got: I can't see any reference to Dexron on the bottle and has part number 08886-82025 on the back. Can anyone (*cough* Alex *cough* Ian C) confirm that this is the right part. I'm just a bit paranoid, there are both part numbers on the invoice. T08886-81015 / POWER S T08886-82025 Thanks Mike
ratm
Somebody might correct me but I believe it's not unusual to use that sort of oil for gearbox and power steering systems. They just have a number for both systems with same oil.
Homer
It's got Type IV written on the front so I guess it's a Dextron IV. I'm sure one of the knowledgable fella's can confirm the part numbers
Rayman
How much of this do you need to do a change not a flush, is it just the one tub 5L?
edge
If its the red stuff then its fine. And yeah you can use the same in the power steering system. Its not cheap from Mr toyota though. Give opie oils a call next time. And http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=56684
