Ric
Hi Guys Work is currently asking me to move over the france to live and work, and i want to take my car with me! Unfortunately the club insurer cant do anything for me. Does anybody know of any company's which can provide me with a 90day green card, or insurance while my address is in the UK, but i am working and (staying) in france? until the permanent position is complete? 90 days would be ok for me to start with, because then the car will have been here long enough to export and re register? If anybody knows anything about this process it'd be nice to hear from you also Ric
Safely Insured
Hi Ric, Apologies we were unable to help you. If you do find an insurer to do this, ensure that you inform them that you are living and working out there. If you do have a crash and they find out you are living and working in France, potentially they wouldn't pay out. flukey-lukey
Cool sounds like a good oppertunity Ric! Might be more hassle than its worth taking the supra over there? How long do you plan on staying over there for? Might be better to sell it over here and then buy a new one in France? (not sure if supras are available in france actually?) Whatever you decide, make sure you give me my exhaust back before you go Don't want to have to come over there and hunt you down
