I suppose that scientifically it doesn't make a noise as our brain creates the noise when our ear receptors pick it up so if nobody was there then there would be no noise.

 

Ah but scientifically noise is in fact just wave forms that will be made by the impact of the tree on the ground. But because we can't actually prove it there is a gap left open for entrepreneurial spirits to exploit then someone somewhere can actually claim that there is no noise and get themselves a whole following based on exactly that.

I'm not going to lie I just made that up in the hope i might sound more intelligent than I really am, so with that said, I don't understand a word of what you just said after "left open"
